Your tour will start with a stunning horseback ride through the most picturesque parts of the city. You will be able to enjoy the impressive views of Higüey while learning about its history and visiting important places of interest such as the Basilica of Our Lady of Altagracia. From horseback riding, to chocolate making, cigar rolling, sightseeing and Macao Beach, this was one of the best tours I've ever been on during my travels! Our tour guide, Robinson, treated us like family and immersed us into the Dominican culture. This was an incredible experience for my kids (ages 8 & 11). They learned that there was life beyond the all-inclusive resorts and were humbled by the kindness of the Dominican people. We also all loved the traditional food we were served! If I could give this tour 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend it to anyone who visits D.R.!!!

Excellent tour , our guide Sammy was amazing and super knowledgable of the local history, customs etc and the driver Rafel was great too, overall my 8 yr old and I had a blast, could not recommend highly enough!!!
