We booked this transfer from Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Hotel because we needed a large vehicle that could hold 4 adults and a baby in a rear facing baby seat and 10 pieces of luggage (including pack and play and stroller) plus 2 large purses and 2 nap sacks. We booked pick up for noon. All of the above was confirmed via email and phone call upon booking. They called us at the resort the day before to confirm. They had us booked for 1 pm pick up. We told them we wanted a pick up at 12 noon and confirmed the size of the vehicle with rear facing baby seat. The van did not arrive at noon; I called them, they had us for 1 pm, I confirmed we needed noon and we were now late. The van arrived at 12:40 pm; it was large enough but the baby seat was front facing. We made it to the airport in time for our flight.
