SAPA- Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI SAN – TA VAN – HAU THAO
Starting time: 6:00 to 14:30 (6AM to 2:30PM) It's up to you sir/ma'am :)
Departure from Sapa Town, anywhere that's convenient to you.
In the old times, Hmong people like Zizi hiked to Sapa market from their village. Now, this path has become a must-do trek.
During this one day trek, you will have great overview of the main villages and walk through rice paddies.
At the end of the trek, you will arrive in Hau Thao village where Zizi’s family lives. From there, you can enjoy the breathtaking view and explore the village.
If you want, you can also join us for the family dinner cooked by Zizi Homestay. Our English speaking Hmong guide will accompany you to explain more about the story of this path, the life in the village and the Hmong culture.

Romantic and secluded. Perfect for couples wanting some quiet time together. Hometrek made our stay extra special.
A private dining experience would be a wonderful addition.

Hometrek tour exuded a relaxed atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. The gentle breeze and rustling leaves were incredibly soothing.
Occasional noise from nearby wildlife at night.

I twisted my ankle 10 mins before my trek so my guide had to help me a lot during the trip.
In the end, I had to cut my trip short at the 3.5 hours mark due to the pain. My guide was nice and helped me book a bike back.
am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of seasonality - there wasn’t much going on in March.

For the price of stay, they are squeezing everything they can to provide us, the breakfast are enough. The room is good enough to just rest and sleep.
The home's location is a bit difficult to find

Our room was a great size, over looking the mountains, a cute balcony. Perfect to sit with a beer and look at the amazing view. It has a steep climb to reach and their trek service helped us have great experiences.
Internet connectivity may be less reliable.

The location is perfect right next to the start of sapa valley so you can easily walk to the mountain in 10mins. The staff are amazing especially the valet he was brilliant. The location is beyond spectacular and you must watch the sunset in the balcony.
The only downside was the food options (breakfast was really good with incredible fresh pancake) but feel like the dinner option could have varied a bit more too.
