First check the color-coded wind flags at the beach before going out on any boat adventure. Ours was red (rough seas) but it didn't look rough. In my opinion this should not be a tour boat. There were no handles for anyone to grab on with rolling seas. Seven of the 10 people on our trip were violently ill because the sea was so rough and we had to share 3 five gallon buckets. There were no lights in the 'head'(bathroom) nor a railing to hold on to going downstairs to the head. After being out for over an hour the crew whipped out some forms (in Spanish) saying "that we wanted to return to shore and forfeit any refund." Given the number of forms, this didn't seem like the first use of said forms. We got no fish, no refund and no apologies. Skip this trip!
