Extreme heat inside building, ridiculously overcrowded. I got sick. Difficult to see anything,pushed and shoved by crowd. I didn't show up for my next purchased trip as I wanted to avoid another miserable day

Group was huge and the sound equipment didn’t work. We asked for help from the guide and the organizer and they were unable to fix the problem. Others in my group whose equipment did work couldn’t hear most of it anyway. Very frustrating and disappointing. I recommend just buying a ticket and using the much clearer free Rick Steves app.

Obviously the buildings are amazing to look at, but as far as the tour goes, the tour guide was difficult to understand and (we gave up), and gave limited to no historical context to what we were seeing.

Response time was great. Tour guide was amazing!! Thought it was a little less walking but tour guide walked us through everything and gave a background on everything that we saw! Very knowledgeable!

We really enjoyed this tour and Sarah our guide was excellent and knowledgeable. It lasted about 3 hours, starting in Doge’s Palace and ending in St Mark’s Basilica. There was time to look around and take photographs with a break for a drink etc.

We had a great time! Appreciated the knowledgeable tour guide. She was a wealth of information. It was nice to see the sites while getting interesting information.

Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate - she gave us a LOT of information. For is, her Italian accent coupled with the non-stop rapid flow of information made it difficult to grasp much of what she was sharing. And the headsets had a lot of static and one of our radios relay out of battery half way through the tour so we had to share with each other which wasn’t ideal.

The guide was very good and amusing. He gave the visit structure and I felt we probably gained more than if we had done it on our own.
