Our temple tour of Chiang Rai was wonderful! Our tour guide was Katoon and our driver was Nino. They were both exceptional! Katoon is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the history of the temples and Buddhism in general. The van we rode in was comfortable and air conditioned with lots of room for our group of five people. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit the Chiang Rai temples and if possible request Katoon as your tour guide.

we couldn't get enough of this tour!! our comfort and experience were taken care of well by Mr. Tong as he was such a knowledgeable guide. Explained perfectly about the temples and everything related. And not to mention the temples! Gorgeous and meticulously crafted in every detail. my family had happy moments for a whole day. We did this amazing tour on our Honeymoon trip to Thailand. This was our first trip to Thailand and the second city we visited. M picked us up at our hotel and the tour was even able to push our pick up time back a little at our request. We learned so much from M, he answered all our many questions, and he even helped us get some really great pictures! They had cold drinks and snacks for us to keep the energy going on this jam packed tour. I don’t know how we fit in so many stops and so much culture in this one day trip, but we really felt like we experienced a wonderful, authentic aspect of Thailand. The artistry of the temples are amazing! And M took us to a local place for lunch that was just incredible, we got to try some great new dishes and it was so delicious! We definitely recommend this tour as a way to learn about, experience, and enjoy Chiang Rai temples and culture (and ask for M, he was the best)!

After seeing her mentioned in so many reviews, we were thrilled when we learned Puma was going to be our guide for the day and she did not disappoint. I know it sounds like a long day, but the way Puma had it scheduled and planned out it did not feel that way at all. Also, at most of the temples, she seemed to have us one step ahead of the crowds. We had considered renting a car and driving ourselves, but so glad we did not. Getting to know Puma was a highlight for our trip and I will not lie it was very nice after a day of touring to lay back in her nice SUV on the drive back and shut my eyes. From reviews, it sounds like all Pagoda guides are incredibly professional, but of course we would recommend Puma to ensure a special day.

The drive to Chiang Rai went by so quickly because of his humor as well as knowledge about the area. Additionally, we stopped at some hot springs that were about halfway to the first temple, and that was a very cool surprise. We got to dip our feet in the water for 10 minutes and it was so rejuvenating.
Tong taught us so much about each temple we went to, and also so much about the history of Thailand while driving in the car. We really can't imagine a better guide than him, because of his kindness, humor, and knowledge. We highly recommend this tour, and if you're lucky you'll get Tong as your guide!

My husband and I went into this tour with some basic planning, knowing we would see some of the famous temples in Thailand. We walked out with an incredible experience that overseeded our expectations, thanks to our warming, friendly and knowledgeable guide Tong who made sure each moment along the way was lived up to the fullest. All throughout the experience Tong anticipated our every need and answered all of our questions. The tour was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and we had a wonderful experience!

This was a fantastic tour made better by our guide Mr Tong. You have to ask for him because the tour is made even better because of him. He is a genuine and sincere person with a great sense of humour and his service excellence is second to none. We were very well looked after by him, and he treated us like family. You have to try the ice cream at the blue temple and the Chiang Rai noodles which were recommended by Mr Tong. The temples are very different and you can spend hours taking them in and exploring.

Had the best experience with Tong as my tour guide! Got to see so many beautiful temples, tried the local cuisine and learned so much about each place we visited. Tong always made sure I was well and that we would be able to see everything I was interested in. He went above and beyond to help me even find a last minute purchase on our way back from Chiang Rai. I totally recommend this tour for everything you get to see and experience. Thank you!
