The experience will start with a detailed introduction to the agricultural methods we adopted, how our biodynamic production method works, and the farm's history. Enjoy a typical Tuscan lunch that includes 4/5 own-produced organic wines and 6 extra virgin olive oils with it. Just a few minutes walk from San Gimignano town center, with a spectacular view on the Medieval towers of the town. An Italian/ English-speaking member of the staff will follow you in the activity with a professional and family warm welcome.

Everything worked perfectly. The food, wine, olive oils and balsamic were very tasty. The staff was very friendly and the view to the city of San Gimignano was really nice. We enjoyed every moment of it!

This tour totally exceeded our expectations! We thought we would be tasting wine in some dark cellar. Instead, we were seated on a beautiful sunny veranda where we were served by the lovely Margarita. We spent over 90 minutes tasting four wines, three balsamic vinegars, and six different olive oils. And the food just kept on coming out! Everything was delicious!! And from there, a short drive to San Gimignagno and great shopping. Highly recommend!

This tour was wonderful in every aspect. The food was paired with the balsamic, wine and olive oils. Our guide explained the different items we were eating. The tour ended up being a wonderful expression of Italian culture. Highly recommend the tour

The setting and lunch were fabulous! The winery treated us to a private room overlooking their vineyard and facing the fabulous, historic town of San Gimignano. Right outside town so easy to walk to. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 was that it would’ve been nice to have a bit longer winery tour.
