I had an excellent experience with this company. They were flexible and accommodating and I was in lightning-fast communication via WhatsApp with an extremely nice and efficient staff member. Drivers were in time and drove well.

Worked well - met the guy at the spot designated and took about 15 minutes to get sorted out - there were a number of groups with us at the same time though I was solo.

City Transfer Istanbul was not only a good price but a good service.
I organised taxi pick-ups for a group of staff travelling from all over the world to a central hotel and then back to the airport again.
The staff were courteous and on time, especially important for getting to the airport for a flight. When there was a problem on the roads, they messaged and suggested an earlier pick up.
I would really recommend them as a Transfer and staff staying in Istanbul on leave also chose to use them

It all went great, I received clear instructions - including a video - where to find the place via email the day before and on WhatsApp on arrival at the IST terminal. The staff were polite and helpful! I would use them again. I recommend using them.
