This was the best tour experience that we have ever had!! Everything was perfect from the private transportation, snorkeling excursion, and the amazing tour guides! Johnny and Manny made the experience so memorable. Highly recommend.!!

The tour guides were very good in keeping us safe & entertained, but the turtle sightings were a bit off as there were A LOT of people in the water. The cenote visit was EXCELLENT and the guide videotaped us, which was very cool. The food at Juanita’s was just ok. Typical, overpriced restaurant fare.

The tour is amazing! We had to have a tour in the afternoon and it was arranged specially for us. We got picked up on time by Carlos at our hotel who drove us all the way to Akumal. We got to see turtles and sting rays and after swim in cenotes without anyone around. We learned history and some interesting facts thanks to Ulises. I would recommend him to anyone, he is a very knowledgeable easy going and fun! If you are in Cancun- that’s a great trip to do! I can’t compare to other tours, but ours felt special!

We had a wonderful time with Ulises as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area and we saw quite a few turtles on our dive. I highly recommend Kay tours.

This trip was amazing!! We had a fabulous day with Limbert from Carey Tours. He was very knowledgeable and an amazing guide through the caves of the cenote.

Miguel was the BEST GUIDE ever! He was very knowledgeable in the history. It was beautiful! Safe driver and made the drive to and from enjoyable. He provided water and took us to an amazing authentic small family restaurant. It was all fresh with the fruits and vegetables

Lamberto was a wonderful tour guide! He was on time and picked us up from our resort in Playacar. We enjoyed snorkeling with the turtles and his colleague gave us the footage of the turtles from his GoPro which we really appreciated. We were lucky that day to see so many turtles and also saw a stingray. Just a heads up, they don’t allow sunscreen when you go snorkeling because it can harm the turtles/environment.

Lamberto was very knowledgeable of the history in the area, including the Mayan history. The cenote was very cool, he took us “behind the scenes” in the back through a tunnel that lead to the main area of the cenote. He left us on our own to explore after that which we appreciated. The Mayan restaurant he took us to was so good, very fresh food and drinks.

Lamberto is friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the history in the area. Highly recommend the private tour with Lamberto, you won’t regret it!

Did this tour with a group of 8 and had an absolutely amazing time! Everything was well organized, they go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy! It was truly a personalized experience, and I would recommend to anyone! Marianna was an amazing tour guide and made sure our group was having fun and everyone was engaged. Absolutely do this tour if you're considering it, it is a perfect day!
