The tour was fun and the staff was very accommodating… although, the snorkeling was too fast and they gave me a defected left foot flipper. it was just too crowded at the site that’s why the guide was in a hurry

had the absolute best time on this tour! I was skeptical at first because there weren't many reviews for this tour, but it ended up being one of the most fun activities we did on this trip. We also decided to upgrade our tour package to a smaller boat, which you will have the option of doing for a cost. Staff were super attentive and fun, and the food was amazing. Just make sure you're on time because they are very strict with departure times!

These tour operator cancelled 40min AFTER the start time of out tour leaving us eiwht nothing to do all day and missing out on the Sumidero Canyon - they scammers - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!!

Pick up was prompt. There were more people on the boat than expected. Snorkeling was fun but chaotic due to how many people (50) or more snorkeling all at once. Bumping into each other. The advertised experience included spiniker however that was not included or even offered. That was one of the main reasons I booked this one over the other advertised offers. We were disappointed in the false advertising. The island was nice. Had plenty of time to explore.

The transfer took 2.5 hours each way, and a delay of 2 hours pick up.
Never again.
We got back to our hotel at 10 pm so we missed our evening dinner.

Having already done the same excursion twice before, we found this one to be better. The transport to and from the catamaran was flawless and we appreciated the additional free time. The drop off at North beach was a much better setting.
The crew was fantastic as always.
We thoroughly enjoyed our day.

Great boat and great stops. Open bar and the drinks were flowing. This was the first booze cruise for 2 young adults. They were fans of the day!

The tour was nothing as expected, we supposed to get picked up 7 am and we got pick up one hour later without letting us know beforehand. When we finally arrived In Cancun to get on the catamaran we needed around 2 hours to actually get on the boat . The snorkeling lasted around 20 minutes ,was very poor and felt rushed every second of the trip. One of the guides was calling us chihuahuas and they did know that some of the people there weren’t actually very good swimmers. We spent only hour and a half on Isla Mujeres which basically is not enough even to walk around . We were rushed to get back in Cancun so everybody can get in their transportation just to spend another hour standing still on the catamaran by the coast for literally no reason. We could have spent that hour on Isla Mujeres. when we finally get on the bus to get back to the hotel we needed another 3 hours to get to Playa Del Carmen ,which usually takes an hour . Also it seemed that everybody was begging for tips, starting with the driver in morning and all the way to whole crew on the catamaran . All in general was very poor experience and definitely not worth the money.

I had no idea we would only get to spend an hour at the beach. I expected a few hours! Not a trip for kids don’t have snorkeling gear that fits them. The staff on the boat were great, the only positive I really have.
