Although she was knowledgeable, you could barely hear what she said and the tour states that you will get to see and experience the gardens but we never saw it were taken to the palace gardens. Very disappointing and misleading.

The guide was running late over half hour and despite it being an English tour - her command of the language was challenged. The tour cost 60 USD per person and even though it says Sisi Museum, Gardens etc .. she never covered the gardens. If one went by themselves the museum admission was only 20 USD - def didn’t feel the tour warranted the differential amount.

Unser Guide Harald war wirklich klasse. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass wir uns wiedergesehen haben, ohne das wir uns kannten. Harald hat es gut verstanden unsere Führung zu einem unvergesslichen Moment zu machen. Und das mit Witz und Charme und das trotz irrer Hitze.

Alexander was a great storyteller, it brought to live the long gone times and made the characters so vividly appear before our eyes - we enjoyed the tour so much!

Excellent tour with a very knowledgeable and well trained guide.
Be patient, if early, the guide is worth waiting for and has a sign. There is a lot of construction going on in the plaza so it’s a bit confusing even though viator is most helpful with its emails and pictures. Requires steps and walking a distance.

We enjoyed this tour. We started at the Sisi museum and learned more about her tragic life. Then we saw other rooms in the palace and finished up in the gardens. Alexander was a terrific tour guide, offering up a lot of detail and historical detail.

This was a terrible tour. Our tour guide kept repeating herself, went way too slow and didn’t know most of the information. We missed the 3rd location because she got so far behind. We left at that point because my son knew more information than what we were getting. I would honestly like to request a refund.
