We booked this airport to hotel transport based on previous reviews and it was great. Communication over WhatsApp was perfect and the guy was outside with my name on the board as soon as we came out of the airport. Great experience and would recommend.

Very patient and helpful when flight was delayed along with long line in customs! Would highly recommend choosing Saigon Airport private transfer. Will definitely call in the future for transportation.

Since it was our first time in Vietnam, we wanted an organized transfer that would take us comfortably from the airport to the city center and to our hotel. We found the "Saigon Phoenix" here on TripAdvisor and after a little research we booked with them. The booking and the entire communication was quick and easy via WhatsApp. Mr. Tony was very competent with his information. When we landed, he also wrote to us that the driver would be waiting for us in the arrivals hall and also sent a photo. The driver, although he couldn't speak English, greeted us with a smile. The car was clean and well maintained. Everything went very professionally and smoothly. The price was 350,000 VND (approx. 12-13 €), which is very cheap by European standards. You pay the driver directly on arrival and if you want, give him a little tip and make him happy. Thank you Mt. Tony.

Excellent all round.
My husband and I booked a transfer from the Saigon airport to the Mekong Delta and back the next day.
Very easy communication with Tony prior to and during the trip via what’s app. He was extremely helpful and accommodating to our changes. We had helpful and friendly drivers, immaculately clean cars and overall it was very reasonably priced in comparison to other transfer services.
