Enjoy an exclusive excursion on the traces of King Ludwig II of Bavaria.
The royal time travel starts in the morning, with pick up at your Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Fuessen accommodation. Cool drinks and snacks will be waiting for you in a comfortable SUV-, Minivan- or Sportscar-vehicle.
As soon as we have arrived at the fairy tale Neuschwanstein Castle, you will explore the palace on a guided tour. Following up we will have plenty of great photo opportunities, be it the castle itself, the old Marienbrücke, or the spectacular surrounding mountain area.
On our way to the Linderhof castle, all participants will get a delicious bavarian lunch.
Strengthened from a sufficient local lunch, we can now look forward to the impressive Linderhof castle. We will explore the palace on a guided tour. Afterward, we will have time to walk through the beautiful exterior complex with its unique fountain and also stroll through the impressive gardens.

The Private Tour to Neuschwanstein & Linderhof Castle with Bavarian Lunch was one of the best highlights to our 20 day trip that we did in Europe. It was a great way to transition from a Beaches of Normandy 12-day bus tour to then be picked up and driven by Sepp who was such a fantastic, great fun, personable and knowledgeable guide. He provided great snacks and drinks for the long drive that we had, highlighted interest history and facts of each area we drove through or went to and we enjoyed his company. The tour itself was good, the walk to the castle was long and challenging, however Sepp provided multiple options for folks that may have some mobility options to get or go from the castle for which two of our parties took the horse drawn carriage back down from the castle. The cable car ride in Zipspitz was amazing. Sites at top were amazing.. Highly recommend this tour and especially the tour guide.

We had 2 wet days with the Bavarian, however, the inconvenience was well overshadowed by the knowledge, professionalism, and humor of Sepp.
We tremendously enjoyed the time with him. Do yourself a favor and strongly consider his tours.

Sepp did an amazing job as a tour guide and chauffeur! Everything was thoughtfully tailored to our likes and dislikes from the initial food/beverage inquiry when I had just booked the tour to stopping at the cutest cheese shop on the way to Linderhof to get local cheese and craft beer. We had just a fun and enjoyable time on this tour and would highly recommend it!

Our accommodation was in Schliersee, an hour’s train ride from Munich. Lucky for us, I found Sepp online and he was keen to work with me to arrange our sightseeing with pick ups.
I booked the castles day trip, the Zugspitze day trip and the Munich old town walking tour. From the moment that I reached out to Sepp he was very responsive as we set about planning, booking and paying for our bookings in advance. I’m pleased that I booked directly with Sepp and we were in touch with each other directly.
It all worked out beautifully and we had the most wonderful three days. Sepp went out of his way for us over and over again. I don’t want to spoil the surprises for others so won’t say what the surprises were but we were super impressed from start to finish.
As a group of 7 including a two year old, it was a delight to sit back, relax and enjoy our non local outings. Sepp showed us some of the most outstanding experiences in Bavaria. He was super easy to get along with, experienced, knowledgeable, flexible and fun. He managed everything from tickets to food and drinks.
Our private tours were very personal and professional. Our memories of Newschwanstein & Linderhof Castles, the gondola ride to the top of the Zugspitze, stepping out into the falling snow then back down again on the heritage train and wandering around old Munich Town with Sepp as our guide and as a family will never be forgotten.
To say that I highly recommend Sepp for whatever it is that you want to do, is an understatement. He’s the best private your guide we’ve had anywhere in the world.

Firstly, Sepp is an absolute legend! You will get everything you wished for and more with Sepp as your guide. He is friendly, relatable, funny, energetic and perfect English. He went above and beyond to be sure we had a great time, felt comfortable and everybody was safe.
I am so happy he took us also to Linderhoff Palace, and would really recommend doing it. It was incredibly beautiful and the tour guide in the castle was excellent!
If looking for a private tour guide, look no further than Sepp!

From the moment Sepp picked us up he had everything sorted! He was extremely knowledgeable and planned the day trip to see both castles perfectly to avoid any delays. The castles were amazing and both a must see for visitors. We loved our authentic Bavarian lunch and really enjoyed his company.

To get the oppertunity to see those beautiful castles once in a life time is almost a miracle! To explore this adventure with a guide like Sepp exceeded all of our expectations. From the first contact until we said goodbye to each other we honestly can say that we never had such an experience before. Sepp made us feel very welcome! He arranged everything we asked for. Let it be the champangne, bavarian snacks, fruits or the freshly made cheeseboard during our journey between Neuschwanstein and Linderhof castle. Besides the first class service Sepp also knew a lot about the history of King Ludwig the 2nd. Don't look any further! Sepp is the best choice you can get

What should I say, we are still speechless about this beautiful experience. Sepp made our trip to Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau and Linderhof castle to an unforgettable trip. From the beginning till the end we have enjoyed every single minute. We've eaten well and laughed a lot! We've done some tours during our life. Sepp is definitely one of the best guides we have ever met!

What an amazing day! From pick up to drop off. Sepp was in traditional clothing and very happy and cheerful all the way. Answered all our questions and went above and beyond with treats. We had private transportation, admissions, snacks, drinks, pictures, beautiful views and obviously the castles 🥰

We planned to visit the Neuschwanstein and Linderhof castle in high season and Sepp's Private Tour proved to be the perfect choice for us! Sepp, our guide took us to a King Ludwig fairytale day tour of both castles and enriching the experience with interesting information of this beautiful places. The tour was flexibly arranged to accommodate our wishes (counts also for the snacks and drinks during our ride as well our lunch both were included in our tour price). We also had pleasant conversation with Sepp during the tour and he gladly answered all our questions.
