scheduled a pickup through viator website for our arrival in florence, italy. we had missed our connection from munich to florence and had to reschedule our arrival. i reached out via email and called and it was no problem. our driver was up front with our our name as soon as we came through the arrival terminal. seamless and very easy. thank you. i would highly recommend viator!!!
