Very bad experience. I booked a cruise at 10:00 on September 10th 3 days ago. When I arrived on the day, the merchant told me that he didn't see my reservation and there was no boat on that day. I wanted to make another reservation later, but the merchant refused to answer my call. It was very rude. I was really angry. If I could give him a negative number for his service, I would not hesitate.

Cancelled on morning we were due to go.
No reason given not even an apology. Weather is perfect today in Santa Ponsa so that can't be the reason but then again I wouldn't know as they didn't send an apology.
Booked this for my husbands birthday gift in advance for it to be cancelled 6 hours before we were to turn up.
Don't book and get excited about going, as they will pull the rug from under your feet. So disappointed

Owner turned up 30 minutes late.
I called after 10 minutes and was quite rudely told to wait.
When he did finally turn up was just told to download some maps and off you go.
Within minutes could tell the boat was not upto the job and the family felt very unsafe. So returned the boat Within half an hour of a 4 hour trip. When asked for refund was refused.
Very disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

We had a wonderful 4 hour boat hire. We visited a few beaches and really enjoyed anchoring and exploring via boat. The boat was easy to drive and use. It was such a lovely experience and felt very special have a private boat instead of a boat filled to the max with people.
