I booked this transfer because they had the best ratings and I see why. I’m always stressed walking out of the airport in a new country and hoping to see someone holding up my name.
This company came through. A white van easily took four of us and luggage privately to the airport. Even though the check engine light was on the van had no issues and the driver traveled safely.
The driver confirmed a pickup date and time from the hotel for our trip back to the airport. I also got an email confirmation. The driver arrived early and our drive to the airport was easy.
Five stars. Use this company.

The driver was over 30 minutes late picking us up from the airport to bring to the hotel and never showed up to bring us from the hotel back to the airport.

The driver was late arriving and we had to track someone down and get another company to help us. The driver did not offer any drinks or snack as indicated on the advertisement. The route to the hotel was shorter than originally booked and I was asked to pay an additional $20.

Orlando was great! He messaged me the sign with my name to know what to look for once outside of airport. He was so helpful & immediately took all our luggage & cranked A/C before we got in van. Requested him for departure ride too:)
