Excursion canceled after the scheduled pick-up time because the hotel called the service provider, I had been waiting for 20 minutes for the bus to pick me up
I don't even know if they would have bothered to warn me if I hadn't taken the initiative to call them.
Not professional at all, I do not recommend!

This was a great tour. It was was and we got to go a little. The guides were informative. We went to Macao beach, had a cacao and coffee tour, and then to the cave where there was a natural watering/ cenote.

The buggies need some maintenance and repairs. We ran out of gas and was stuck on the side of the rode for a while. One in our party had his brakes go out. The tour itself could have been a lot better and it was a long walk to the beach. I expected more than just a bumpy man made road going through someones property. The guys operating the buggies were very nice and helpful. The cave was very crowded and during these times of covid, too small of an area
