Amazing experience. Our guides were amazing, fun, very experienced, and super hospitable and my friend and I loved the experience. The story they told, they taught us how to jump and dive in. Everything was an amazing experience. Will totally recommend.

My family had an amazing time on this tour! It was muddy and a bit challenging at times, and WELL WORTH it! My 11 year old, partner, and I all agreed that this tour was the best part of our Puerto Rico vacation. The water slide was really fun and the water was refreshing, crystal clear and beautiful. Stephanie and Richard were wonderful guides. I recommend this tour 10/10!

Great adventure! Our guide Taina was the best! Very informative and full of energy! I would emphasize to wear clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet and muddy. The water slide, cliff jump and rope swing were a blast! I'd recommend bringing a whole set of dry shirt, shorts and shoes or sandals for after. All in all, a great trip and highly recommend!

I enjoyed this tour. The guide and drivers were friendly. They were about 45 minutes late picking me up from my hotel due to traffic, but no worries about that. The van had air conditioning problems on some of the hottest days in June. That was uncomfortable, but it got resolved before we arrived at El Yunque, which took about an hour from our hotel in Isla Verde. The trek to the waterfall and natural pool area takes about 25 minutes, but we stopped to get info from the guide on the flora (fluorescent ferns--so cool!) Warning, it's extremely slippery and muddy. Even my sneakers which had good traction were no match for the slippery mud. Going through the narrow waist-high trenches just before the waterfall was also tricky and slippery. You come out pretty muddy, so don't wear any clothes that you don't want to get dirty (though the mud washes off fairly well). They should tell you that they will take your cell phone before you climb past the first pool to go up to the higher waterfall where you'll slide down. They do that for safe keeping, putting it in a waterproof bag. That's good, but if I'd known, I may have gotten a waterproof cell phone bag before hand, as I saw some people with that, so I could keep my phone, which is also my wallet, on me. I decided not to climb up further to the natural waterslide area as that looked like an almost sheer incline and I wasn't up to the climb, afraid it would be even more slippery than the initial flat portion of the trip. But, it was fun wading in the natural pool at the base and watching my other trip mates go up. Also fun watching people jumping off the rope into the base pool. Be prepared to spend at least 5-6 hours, perhaps a bit more, including transportation. It was very much worth the trip and fun, but be prepared for slippery mud.

A great way to see el yunque national rainforest! We a had a great time hiking, climbing, jumping, and swimming. The trail is very muddy so wear shoes that have good traction and that you don’t mind getting mud all over. The guide was wonderful at guiding you through the trail! I would recommend a moderate fitness level. We were capable, however there were others in our group that struggled up and down the trail. Overall, we had a fun time and it was one of the best experiences we had in Puerto Rico!

When we searched and booked this excursion, a description stated it was an ‘easy’ 1 mile hime, and ‘may’ encounter mud and water. Description states there were waterfalls (pleural).
The hike was 4.1 mile round trip (per iPhone), and was very grueling for teens and adults in their 40’s. Very hazardous given the 6inches of wet clay and mud causing us to fall and injury ourselves multiple times, as well as very slippery rocks we had to climb to get to ONE waterfall/water slide. Would not recommend unless you hike hazardous conditions often.
Left our Yeti bottle in the van. Asked driver to ship to me AT MY EXPENSE and he stated “I’ll have to see”.
Ridiculous!

This trip was incredible, our guide Catherine/Taína was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and great time. She picked us up on time, was a safe driver and at El Yunque was an informed guide, was amazing with the children in our group, and took great photos for us at the rainforest! Gave recs about what else to do on our trip.
Would recommend

Fabulous tour! Stephanie and Dihana were amazing. They have the best personalities. The tour has some trick spots going to the water slide and they helped every step of the way.
