Guests will learn about the life cycle, behaviors, and threats to the Hawaiian Sea Turtles "Honu" (Learning preserving, respectfully observing).
Set sail for Turtle Canyon on a 65 foot Gold Coast power catamaran from Waikiki, enjoying a scenic cruise along the shores of Oahu. Your goal: snorkeling in warm waters frequented by Hawaii’s green sea turtles!
Back on board, enjoy two provided drinks, and refuel with lunch if you select the midday tour. Keep an eye out for dolphins, migrating whales and other marine life as you soak up the sights, including Diamond Head.

The boat was fun and the crew were cool. The drinks were average at best. The snorkeling was a bit chaotic, since you're in the water with tons of other tour groups as well. We did see a few turtles.

We really enjoyed this trip. The crew were amazing, friendly and fun. It was relaxing on the boat and the snorkelling we saw turtles, fish and even a shark. Lunch and the drinks were an added bonus.

All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They led us to where the turtles were and when they were ready to come up to the surface.

Great experience swam with the turtles and reef sharks was the most amazing memorable day. Staff We’re very knowledgeable and put everybody at ease in their own comfort.

The BAD: Food poisoning from the boxed lunch. My daughter & I had the turkey wrap. While eating it, I mentioned the small quantity of actual turkey in the wrap, which later we were VERY thankful for. 6 hours later, we both became quite ill with typical signs of food poisoning; dizzy/lightheaded, nausea, stomach cramps, upset stomach. This was the only thing we ate in common all day and with the timeframe & symptoms, I am quite certain it was from the lunch provided.
SUGFESTION TO FUTURE GUESTS: don’t book the trip with food or simple don’t eat it. It totally ruined our evening plans & we missed the big fireworks show at the Hilton.
GOOD: Turtles! We did get to see a few turtles. The spot they take you too is quite crowded with other tours too, which is expected for a prime spot. The current was really strong, so bad for snorkeling, but you can’t control Mother Nature. So between fighting the current & feeling a bit cramped with other people and my kid tiring out a bit, we made our way back to the boat a few minutes early & just bobbled around the back of the boat.
