Highly recommend. We had a really fun day with Chef Mimmo and other guests learning to make pasta and other dishes which we then enjoyed eating. We started at the market in Taormina and then we were transported by private taxi to the family restaurant by the beach where the class began. Chef Mimmo is a great character as is his wonderful Mum who helped with our food preparation. We are looking forward to making the dishes when we get home.

The entire day from start to finish was fantastic. Chef Mimmo met us, and brought us to the market to purchase our ingredients, before a very comfortable (and quick) journey to his amazing family restaurant, open since the 1980s! We met his entire family and a special shoutout to his mother who helped me making my pasta!
The dishes were a joy to make and really made us understand how some of the best food is made with some simple, fresh ingredients. Learning about where these traditional dishes come from and how they are put together was amazing.
Overall, this cooking class was a great learning experience, with a small interactive group that made the entire day such a joy, we even had a chance to have lunch and wine together during the day!
We cannot recommend this enough to any couple, family or individual who want to do something special during their trip!

We had a great time with Mimmo and his team. We made multiple types of pasta with sauces, vegetable caponata, and an amazing rolled swordfish that somehow was the start of the show.
It was a little difficult to find the restaurant among the several right next to each other at the similar address. They could do a better job at directing people where to go.
Also a van shuttle was provided back to Taormina town center which was greatly appreciated and not expected.
Overall amazing food -- better than some of the restaurants we tried locally -- and well worth the money. Can't beat the sea views either! Come HUNGRY. Plenty of food and wine to go around.
Thankful for Mimmo and his team for welcoming us into their restaurant.

More the we expected!!! We learned to make simple dough for 5 different pasta noodles, tomato sauce caponata , pesto !!! We also made a fish dish!!!! Expert instructions in a fun fun way!! I would say one of the best experiences we have had in Italy!!! Thank you so very much . I recommend this class with this chef to everyone 😀

Highly recommend this 3 hour Italian cooking class. We made a variety of pastas and sauces and got to eat what we made! It was a lot of fun and tasty too!

One of the best parts of our vacation in Sicily. Chef Mimmo was wonderful and we were inspired to make our own pasta at home. Highly recommended. If you are staying in Tauramina leave extra time after the class to walk around Naxes. It’s beautiful

Very nice to get acquainted with the authentic cuisine of Sicily. Well cared for, sincere attention and we enjoyed the delicious food with a beautiful view of the sea. Because in our opinion it is highly recommended to experience it.
