The picturesque Miragaia district is known for its cobbled streets lined with villas and small restaurants serving typical Portuguese dishes.

Its construction implied the construction of the huge platform of the pier where the Customs is based and which replaced the old Miragaia beach. This set of modifications is considered by many to be one of the most profound urban and landscape changes of the city of Porto in the 19th century.

Pasteleira Urban Park is a public park located in the parish of Lordelo do Ouro. It extends over an extensive area of forest, divided into two plots by Afonso de Paiva Street, connected by three wooden pontoons.

The real name of this bridge is Luiz I and not, as it is popularly called, D. Luís I. A sentimental question of the people of Porto seems to be the origin of the name by which it is commonly known. Regardless of the name, it is an ex-libris of the city and has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996.

This tour was amazing! We ended up having a private tour with Eduardo who even went back to the shop to get us rain capes because the it was raining hard. The pace and the route were good. We got to see places we probably would not have on our own. Highly recommend!

Our young guide (Philippe) was very informative and had a great knowledge of Porto and Portuguese culture. He was very interesting and made the tour fun. Would recommend the electric assist bikes as it’s quite hilly and makes the cycling easier and more enjoyable. We saw a lot in the three hours. Exactly right.

Our tour guide Artur was fabulous and so informative of all the sights of Porto.We had such a lovely morning and the trip was in no way rushed and we got to stop for pastel de nata and some drinks en route and the scenery was breathtaking. We got to stop for plenty of photos.This is definitely worth the money and Artur is a hard working guide trying to make a good life for his family he is definitely a grafter and worth getting him as your guide.

We had a lovely morning tour with Philippe. The electric bikes worked seamlessly, the staff at the shop were friendly and efficient and our tour guide Philippe was knowledgeable on the city, history and happy to share stories about the culture and language. Despite Porto being hilly, we took a tour down the river, to the coat and port so it wasn’t hard cycling although there were other options to choose from. We’d happily recommend to anyone wanting to experience real life in the city.

Fun bike rides on 3 different parts of Istanbul on two continents, separated by ferry rides with great views. Mustafa was very knowledgeable and friendly. The snack and lunch breaks were great! The coastal rides were the best part, a nice change-of-pace from busy touristy places.

The route past the Foz, where the Duoro meets the Atlantic, was beautiful and the ride along the coast then through the city park was relaxing and gorgeous. Our guide, Sofia, had packed apples and water for us. She was patient and answered all our questions.
