Helios Transfer provided us with a clean and spacious Mercedes-Benz van. Our driver was friendly and very helpful with our luggage and gave us complimentary bottled water. He turned the AC high, drove very smoothly and allowed me to sit in front as I easily get motion sickness.

They had misunderstanding about the pickup place but it was rectified quickly and we reached the airport on time.

Overall great experience. I was contacted on WhatsApp prior to the arrival so I knew what to expect.
The driver was there waiting for us and very helpful.
The only reason I am not giving them 5 star is because the vehicle was a little dated (still comfortable and clean) and the driver had a handwritten sign that says “I don’t get paid Driver’s salary. I support my family on the tips”. I thought it was a bit tacky or be more subtle.

Our flight was delayed. But our driver was waiting for us, and he was very polite and friendly. His driving was extremely safe. We felt save the whole time and he dropped us off to the hotel. Great way of getting to your hotel directly without having to stop for other people. The van was very spacious and clean.

I and my wife booked private airport pickup for 1-6 people. Might be because of some misunderstanding about the pickup location, the driver was not there yet at the booked pickup time. I contacted the operator by WhatsApp. The response was quick and the driver came in just a few minutes (with cigarette on his hand).
The exterior of the van is a little bit dirty. The interior looked “luxurious” but the condition was a little bit worn out. One safety seat belt was broken so I had to sit on the reversed seat which was less comfortable.
The driver stopped at a gas station for a toilet break in the middle of the trip. When he came back, he was so kind to bring us juice and snack.
As the pickup was convenient, we booked pickup for the return trip. The driver arrived at the hotel 15 minutes earlier. It was a HUGE van for just 2 of us. It was too “spacious” but not so comfortable comparing to a smaller van for the arrival trip.
Overall, the private pickup service is convenient, the drivers are friendly and operator is responsive. But it is a little bit on expensive side given the condition of the vans and it is not customer oriented in arranging the type of vehicle. It would be more cost effective if the group is bigger instead of just 2 of us.

Do not use this service! The driver was 25 minutes late picking us when we had a 3 AM reservation. It was 35 degrees Fahrenheit out as we were forced to wait in the cold for him. We almost missed our hot air balloon ride due to his delays. He then went double the speed limit on slick wet roads to make up for his tardiness. I would never, never recommend this service.

Driver was waiting right outside airport exit door with sign with my name on it. He took our bags to the van and offered us water. The ride was smooth and he was kind.
