Amazing experience with the best people. Burak was kind and helpful helping us whenever he could. Lucas was an amazing guide who led us to the best bars and we had amazing fun.

I'll get straight to the point on this one. As soon as we arrived the tour guide said that they weren't doing the open bar. I pulled out my phone and showed them that it says One Hour Open bar in the event title and also had one hour open bar listed under what's included. The guide said that was only for New Years Eve. I showed him that it did not say this was only for New Years Eve and also that it was now May so this should have been updated. We asked for a refund since that was a big reason we paid for the tour. They said they couldn't give one. At that point I said we're not going on the tour then and immediately filed for a refund with TripAdvisor. Btw, props to TripAdvisor for fully refunding the money and making it easy.
Additional note: At the time of this review they still are showing that there is an open bar for one hour even though that is false.
