Advertised Mercedes van was replaced by beat up old ford minivan. Driver was late for pickup then stopped halfway through journey, presumably to smoke.

His driving was smooth and pleasant. The driver was our first contact person we had in Morocco, and he set a great first impression.

We had a very pleasant transfer from Casablanca airport to our Riad in Marrakech. While it was a minor issue, the mechanical problem with the driver’s side window made for a somewhat noisy trip. We were assured that the window had malfunctioned the day of our arrival and presume that it has now been repaired.

Brahim was quick to reply. We were 10 minutes late but there was no problem. The driver was on time waiting outside the airport. Smooth and comfortable ride. Had a stop for washroom break. Highly recommend.

We had a long flight from Toronto to Casablanca, which arrived early in the morning. It happen to be raining and cold, which is unusual for Casablanca. It was wonderful to have the driver waiting for us. He had a sign with my name, was extremely friendly and immediately took my luggage so I did not have to carry it. The drive to Marrakech was pleasant.
