Paddle boarding tour from Sorrento to Bagni Regina Giovanna

This was my first paddle boarding experience, and, at the age of 68, I was somewhat apprehensive. As soon as I stood up on the paddle board, I fell off! Then I fell off a second time. Gionino, our tour guide, came right over and patiently and kindly gave me a personal and encouraging tutorial. My balance and paddling much improved, but standing up remained too challenging! Gionino said kneeling was an option, and it was smooth going after that! We reached the beautiful Bagni Regina Giovanna and had time for a leisurely swim. Then it was back up on the paddle board for our return trip. During paddling Gionino checked in regularly with everyone in the group, took pictures of each of us, and occasionally stopped us to explain the coastline and its history and to share some interesting facts about Mt. Vesuvius. He was a great guide! I had a truly fun experience and I would highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful sunset paddle boarding experience with Antonio and Luigi. They made sure we were safe while encouraging a bit of 'adventure'. We also stopped by a small and lovely beach to swim and enjoyed the perfect sunset view on the sea afterwards. This was the best water experience we had in Sorrento. Highly recommended.

Such a fun way to see the beautiful coast of Sorrento & burn some of the many calories you have been indulging in during your Italy stay! Myself, my husband, & 2 teenagers did this tour, all new to paddle boarding & we enjoyed every minute! A must do if you have teenagers who are tired of the regular tours! Guides were fantastic & definitely recommend!

Had such an amazing time paddle boarding! Luigi and Antonino were so helpful and made the experience fun! I was super nervous as I’m not the most experienced paddle boarder but it ended up being a blast! 10/10 would do it again!

Great few hours, got some good local tourist info along the way (old tuna factory), the queens lovers summer residence. Water was lovely and calm, swam and dived Regina Giovanna lagoon - beautiful.

Luigi was a wonderful guide! He thoroughly explained and showed how to paddle board. We felt very well taken care of! The tour was awesome and we enjoyed the cave he took us to. Great activity to do in Sorrento!

The paddle boarding was amazing, the best way to explore Bagni Regina and the tour guide was so friendly and patient teaching us to paddleboard and knew loads of interesting info about the local area and history, was one of the best tho gs we did in sorrento

Such a fun tour w great tour leaders! The owner is so nice and really helped us get the hang of paddle boarding and feel more comfortable given that it was our first time. He supports local artists and had a lot of fun facts to share about the areas history. It was such a cool experience that i would definitely recommend!

We booked this on a whim after relaxing in Sorrento for a few days. We had a great time with Luigi as our guide. He was extremely patient and encouraging as we were pretty terrible at SUP, especially on the trip out. He shared lots of knowledge about the route and was a good conversationalist. I would definitely recommend this activity though imagine it could be quite physically demanding for some.
