Just as the airport transfer service provider had indicated, their representative met us at the baggage claim exit holding a sign with our names. The driver helped us load our Luggage onto their vehicle. Overall, the service was friendly, efficient and convenient.

Great communication transporting our group arriving on two flights from KEF to the cruise port, and back again at the conclusion of our trip. Prompt and polite, such a comfortable ride many of us fell asleep (jet lag!)

Our driver from Keflavik to Reykjavik was the owner of the company and he was fantastic! He even made a short stop so we could watch the erupting volcano from a distance and get some pictures. We talked the whole way and learned a bit about Iceland. Would HIGHLY recommend this provider!

We used the Tripzig team for airport to downtown Reykjavík and back transportation and there were great. They communicated a few days in advance of our arrival to confirm details and gave clear meeting instructions. Our flight was a couple hours late unfortunately but the Tripzig team monitored our status and we’re waiting for us in the arrival lobby as planned. They were on time (early in fact) picking us up the next morning to return to the airport which meant no stress making it there well in advance of our departure. Both drivers were friendly, professional, and drove safely. I definitely recommend them for you Iceland transportation needs!

The flight was delayed 6 hours, arived at the airport at 21:00 and what a relief to see the driver with the name tag for us. No fuss no bother just whisked us off to our hotel.
