Highlights:
We saw Mt Fuji for 20 min and we were "Lucky". This experience is dependent on weather, mostly cloud cover.
I was so glad to see it.
Lunch: the Ninja House: had unique ambiance. We had fun but our time was short.
Our guide was Masa. She was very dedicated, explaining parts of her culture during the long bus rides. She dressed in traditional clothing and talked about food, local customs, and the history of Hakone. My average rating has nothing to do with her dedicated work. She was wonderful!
We liked having the opportunity to ride the bullet train. We hadn't done that yet.

It was nice to get thru so many things in one day without the stress and hassle of organising it yourself. Hiro the guide was very informative and amusing on the bus ride. We were lucky it was a clear day and took some nice photos from 5th Station though do remember it's halfway up a mountain so need a jacket or cardi. Lunch was ok and plentiful. The ropeway was ok but could have spent more time up there. The cruise around the lake was ok and the bullet train back to Tokyo is a must do experience!

Guide was informative and clear. Good with time management and explained the history of Japan well. Guide was also funny.

Mao was our tour guide and was very friendly and made an effort to get to know everyone aboard the bus. She spoke very well and was obviously very knowledgeable and also passionate.

Had a great tour with Mao. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend this tour to anyone. We were able to take some beautiful pictures of Mt Fuji.
