I would like to praise the young staff member Asfunda Kahn. He was very helpful, patient and polite. He worked hard to make sure all his passengers caught the correct bus from Alexanderplatz.
The commentary in English was very informative and entertaining. We did two different tours on consecutive days, and they were both a very good way to get an overview of the major sites.

Malheureusement peu de commentaires sur l’histoire de Berlin, beaucoup de temps morts avec musique d’ambiance…D’habitude une fan de Citysightseeing, mais à Berlin je ne recommanderai pas cette compagnie de bus (je n’ai pas testé les autres bus).

If you purchase a 48 hour option on the hop on hop off bus tour, you need to activate the ticket on the FIRST day...even if you only use the second day. If not activated on Day 1, the ticket disappears from the system and there is no quick way to retrieve it at the pick up location sales people.
A really poor experience and should have been clear for 48 hour Hop On Hop Off purchase.

The tour was excellent but we ended up paying twice for the tour and are trying to sort it out. We used a contactless Monzo card to pay the rep at the bus stop Uber Platz (EastSide Gallery) €30 for two tickets but the transaction was declined or unsuccessful somehow, according to the card terminal. We then paid on a different card, which was successful, but immediately noticed that the Monzo payment had gone through, "transaction pending". We told the rep this but was not convinced. This spoilt our enjoyment of the trip, at least at first and now we have to sort this out.

Terrible experience. Didnt let us know stops 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 would not be in operation. Only found out after having waited for almost an hour. Had to take a taxi to the next stop for 20 eur. There we had to wait 45 min until next bus. It even stopped in a completely different place from what was indicated in the app. As I say, this was an awful day.

Great way to see most of the historic sites in Berlin's city center, audio tour has English language option, the bus driver's tour comments are in German, easy to get tickets and get off/on at different stops, sit on top or bottom (top best when weather is good)

There are better ways to see and learn about this incredible city. The audio commentary was awful- I had to stop listening. The jokes weren't funny, there wasn't much history shared (and this is BERLIN) and there was a lot of objectionable talk about women. I will never take one of these again. Lots of waiting around, including break in the middle.

I appreciate that they aren’t responsible for the traffic but the trip was painfully slow. The two rest breaks were unnecessary and the commentary was lame. It tried to be funny (unsuccessfully) and did not convey enough history. I cannot recommend.

Berlin had such a rich and complex history which was not presented in the audio tour. The emphasis seemed to be on great shopping areas and jokes about the history. Very disappointed!

You are paying for 2 people come’s to €66,67 and they have so many stops closed.
If that’s the case it should be half price.
