It was a busy weekend but we were not alerted to any changes in traffic flow. My brother was using a cane and we had to get on a competing bus because this bus never came by the posted stop after waiting for 1/2 hour. I wish I could get my money back!

I really enjoyed the Hop On-Hop Off bus tour in Dublin on my 19th birthday in February 2023 & the tour bus staff are amazing.

Whole tour felt like it was a sell for other attractions.
Recorded commentary often didn't tie up with the location, long gaps when nothing was said even when passing interesting sights.
Seemingly random experts of Irish music added nothing.
Fake bonhomie.
May as well had taken a public bus or two and carried a guide book. More informative and way, way cheaper for.
Not sure if other company tours are any better, but avoid this one.

We have always used City Sightseeing tours and I must say this is the worst we have every seen. There weren't many buses at all and they didn't show up on time. We were travelling with elderly parents and its bad when you are waiting for over an hour for a bus. We won't be using City Sightseeing again on our tours.

Not very pleased waited over 1 hr and stop no 8 watching buses on app vanish and finally gave up and walked an hour home :-(. :-(. :-(. :-(.

We do this sort of tour (bus or trolley) in every city we visit. It's a great way to get an overview of the city and see what sections of town you'd like to further explore. In Dublin, the driver/guide was very funny and made this a super entertaining experience. We highly recommend hopping on!

I would pass on this hop on hop off bus tour. There was a lot of stopping at and pausing and waiting to change drivers. We got a small taste of the layout of the city of Dublin, but wished we could see more. The guide was very hard to understand and we just feel it wasn’t worth the money.

Of the four buses we took, two were old with poor sound and drivers who did not have the audio on very much. The recorded description is not as good as the live commentary as the driver may forget to activate at certain sites. None of the buses was on time, in one case we waited for 45 minutes beyond arrival time at stop 1 with no apology or explanation. Big bus and the Green Dublin bus would appear to be better with more frequent services (on one occasion we saw 3 green and 2 big buses pass before our red one arrived).
Two of the four buses were ok with a clear sound and alert driver.
