Really disappointing sexist and sometimes confusing, irrelevant commentary. Good routes but based on commentary, I would not recommend

The information is not clear, where are the stop, time scheduled. A driver refused to stop at a station without any explanations (the one we get off few minutes before). The app doesn't help. Bad quality of comments during the tour.

The tour itself was good, especially doing route A and B however the commentary ranged from good to highly Inappropriate. Lots of down time with just music and no real explanation. Having been on court tours across Europe ... This is by far the most disappointing. I thought the objectification of women was particularly disappointing. The good bits were great ... Bit on the whole rather dissatisfied with the commentary.

Horrible! Bought a 48 hour pass and they threw in a bus crash, after which no one asked if we were hurt, and the following day there was no service operating. I've asked for a refund but naturally the company has gone silent.

The tour is an efficient way of seeing the whole city. The staff was very friendly and we managed to visit lots of interesting places. The commentary machines didn’t work very well on the first bus luckily we could move to another seat. Sadly the commentary was incredibly sexist with gender stereotypes about women enjoying shopping and bored men waiting around and going to the electronics departments. This should be sorted

This is the worst audio guide I’ve ever heard. At one point, the guide said “restorated” instead of “restored” when talking about some of the old apartment buildings being done up. The banter between the two “guides” is so cringe and belittle absolutely every piece of history. I’d recommend any other bus tour if you’d like to actually learn something from the audio guide.
