Transfer was great.
Sign was up with our name on it right as we came out of customs.
Diver very informative and nice.
He had to wait way longer due to flight delay but never complained. We definitely will use this company again.

Alicja was very welcoming and kind and waited for us in the arrival hall while we cleared passport control on a very busy night.She recommended restaurants and food to try and had a lovely book of photos and descriptions for us to look at.

Met on arrival by a friendly man who was very helpful fitting luggage in as I also had a foldable wheelchair following recent surgery. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely car, impeccably clean and well driven.

An excellent transfer from Airport to Hotel front door. Lots of information about Krakow and some activities to do and just general talk about what we’re up to during our stay. We were picked up on time at the airport and driven straight to the hotel. Would definitely book this again if we are to come back to Krakow.
