Together will discover the unique flavors of Tuscan cuisine while I will tell you the stories behind each recipe and reveal the tricks of the trade.
The course includes the preparation of 3 traditional Tuscan dishes and a welcome aperitif will be offered. You can also choose a more specific course by taking the class in a local farmhouse where you can learn more about the secrets of wheat and bread-making or choose a course in an educational farm and vegetable garden

Ms Marta taught us so much about Italian cooking and was a delight! We made spinach and ricotta ravioli, tagliatelle, a ragu meat sauce and finished it off with a tasty tiramisu. It was all delicious and a great learning experience.
