Antonio Rosato was an excellent guide. You can tell he is passionate about his job and very knowledgeable about Pompei. Overall the tour was an easy process and a good experience.

Great half-day tour of Pompeii. Guide was knowledgeable and friendly and intimately knew the details of that fateful day that sealed Pompeii under 3 to 5 meters of welded tuff.

I would rate a 4, our guide was great. Maria was vert knowledgeable and made sure everyone fully understood the history. Yes, is ground but we came right before high season hit. We still enjoy our time and the history of Pompeii is a must.

We got picked up from the cruise port and driven to Pompei in an air conditioned bus. Our tour guide was good and we spent about 1.5 hrs going around pompeii. The bluetooth connection of the headset was good as long as you kept up with the guide. She did show us the most important sites on the tour. The only issue was that the tour finished at 1 pm and the pick up bus was only available at 1.50 pm. Anyway we went for pizzas across the road which was quite good while we waited. Overall recommended.

Disappointing. It’s not a half day tour - it’s two hours being rushed through the park and then an hour spent sitting among booths selling overpriced junk.

Took the half day trip from Naples. Easy hotel pickup. FYI it’s only 2 hours in Pompeii.
Tour guide was good and well organized. You do need a guide to get the most out of Pompeii.

Was surprised how big the city was. Our guide (pink umbrella) was very good. Read some reviews on bus size and maybe because we were in peak tourist season but we had large tour busses both ways. Couldn't imagine getting down there from Naples without a tour group. There's a lot going on and just easier to do the tour.

This interactive guided tour was amazing to see! Seeing the buildings still standing & artworks in tact was truly beautiful. Learning about the lead poisoning in the Terra cotta piping & how it stunted the growth & caused death to many was very sad to hear.
