The driver was calm and not frantic, if you have been on the streets of Napoli you will know what I mean. Our only complaint was the lack of Air Conditioning in the van. It was on so low there was nothing coming out the vents in both back seats of the van. After walking around a very hot Pompei, air conditioning was ver6 much needed.

Easy pick-up from the cruise port. Just a note--when you get off your ship, you have to exit through the building to find your transportation. We were kind of waiting right outside the ship where there was a parking lot, and found out we had to go through the Naples Cruise Port building, down an escalator, and then out in front to the city to meet the driver.
Driver didn't speak English (or much Italian for that matter) and had training as a race car driver--haha. He went super fast (150kph) on the freeway to Pompeii.
He picked us up on time leaving Pompeii, too. I read some complaints that the drivers have been late...ours was on time to and from and the van was super comfortable and cool. He was helpful with my elderly mother getting in/out of the van, too.

Traveling w/3 children from Naples to Pompéi: liked the ease of the door to door round trip. price was reasonable.
Pick up was 15 mins late. Return scheduled at 1:15, but driver told us another driver would be back for us at 1:50. Actually arrived at 2:15. The kids were tired& hot and we didn’t know who to call or look for. Also, dropped us off at an office for a private tour company under premise it was the main ticket booth. A bit shady

Meeting point was poorly explained, and was same place as a hundred others, causing delays. Pickup on other end was set as 1:15, then changed to 1:50, finally picked up at 2:10, then sat in a group bus for no apparent reason till 2:40. Didn't get back till after 3, ruing any chance to walk the city before cruise left.

No frills ride. We paid for 8 and it was very tight. They were timely. No complaints. The driver did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate but we were able to communicate with the supervisor through What’s App and they were very responsive.

Pickup at cruise ship terminal was timely. However during wait to find driver, I tried contacting provider several times and finally received a response after locating driver.
The return pickup at Pompeii was 1 hour late from ticketed pickup time. After arrival, we were told pickup time would be 1:50 pm instead of 1:15 pm per voucher. However after much waiting, we finally departed Pompeii after 2:15 pm. Instead of going directly back to the cruise port, we dropped off some riders who were not part of our morning group at another location prior to finally arriving at the cruise port. I cannot recommend this transport provider.

Pick up was confusing. They said I was late to the meeting point but I was there right at 8:00 as scheduled. They had Mr Jones on the card, no first name. Jones is a very common last name so I was trying to make sure they had the right person and the guy just kept yelling at me to confirm that I was Mr Jones. We were then told to meet our driver at the same spot where we were dropped off but after about 30 min waiting we had to meet up with one of the Viator reps who had us join about 50 other people and then walked us about a half a mile to a bus depot and put us on a charter bus back to our ship. I booked this for the direct to and from the ship guarantee and because it was a small group. I didn't want a large tour bus or else I would have booked an excursion. The whole thing was very unorganized and disappointing.

We only took the transfer one way but it was great! Driver was on time & easy to find at the hotel pick up area.
