Quality arrangement, everything on time. Guide in Pompeii was very proffessional. Top to Vesivio-might have needed more time, as some people might take longer time to get to top and back.

Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius are amazing. Taking a tour makes it easier to organize and even cheaper than doing it yourself.
Well organized, the guide knew where to go and how to make things happen even when the place was full of tourists.
The route to the volcano was very scary but the bus driver was very professional and experienced.
Very well recommended

The archeological zone was very interesting. However, the tour was not very well organized! We were picked up from different points to go to Pompeii where we had to wait 40 min for people from other van was going to meet us. Then we were showed some points of the zone and the guide said some other points such as the lupus area with all the ancient frescos and work in title/mosaics were skipped because there were a big line. We skipped also the are of the baths hot and cold baths for the Roman's. The part of the Vesuvio was canceled because the park was shut down. My opinion take the train and do Pompeii at your own pace and in another day go to Vesuvio and if it is open great, otherwise you do something else!

It was an incredible experience walking the streets of Pompeii and learning about this ancient civilization. Our tour guide provided lots of intriguing details about their culture. Lunch was choice of gnocchi, salad or pizza. It was just OK. Then, we left for Mt. Vesuvius. While the hike is only about 1 mile up, it is pretty much straight up hill and full sun! It is worth it! Looking inside the crater is pretty cool and the view of the coast is incredible! Definitely recommend!

Nothing can say I am very disappointed more than the fact I'm writing this review and route back to Naples. Overall disappointing experience. This could be a rambling review so the moral is avoid this.company as you will be disappointed multiple times in one day.just find someone else.
The first issue and the most problematic one is how rushed this toure is. Many other tours in Naples start early at 8 or 9. This one stars at 10. (Something that should have been a red flag form the get go).
Then it's a big tour and it takes longer to collect people. By the time you arrive to Pompeii you barely have any time left. And the guide just flies over the ruins. And the worst of all is you make all this effort to come and then you don't see the most famous victim casts. It is supposed to be the highlight of the visit and you simply miss it because the guide wants to finish fast. And this is our last day in Italy ( all the way from Australia) so no chance to come back here. Thanks for ruining this experience for us. Many other tours offer at least 3 hours in Pompeii. This company only 2. And if only they start an hour early. We could have had a more complete visit to Pompeii.
But as it stands I am not sure if this visit was actually worth it. Was supposed to be the pinnacle of our month in Europe, but instead it left a bitter feeling of time and money wasted for not much.
And just to clarify this is not my first tour in Naples. Others were way better experiences.
The trip to volcano was ok although also rushed. And to top it all off so many people on the bus the me and my partner had to sit separately, that's how couples do tours together.
Simply avoid this company even if it the last one left. Not worth it at all.
I will not name names here because I don't think that is fair since it is probably a above their pay to make those stupid planning decisions.
Utter disappointment and I feel these guys tarnish the reputation of good tour providers.

The excursion director Ginny, was great. Very clear directions and information. My only disappointment was that in Pompei we were not taken to the exhibit where the bodies were. We were only shown one. I’ve been here before and was really touched when I was shown the many individuals and that way they were found. We also did not get to go to the brothel area or to see the ancient shops, or see where the port anchors were and how far away from the sea they are now. So much missed. However it was very crowded and the guide was trying to make the best use of the time we had.
