The e-pass was the best choice for one week in Istanbul. The guided tours were very easy to attend, since we didn't need any kind of reservation (we just showed up at the starting time). Also the trips that we needed reservation for were very well thought and planned and we had the nicest tour guides. I would definetly recommend to anyone.

We came back from Istanbul last week. I heard about Istanbul e-pass from my friend and he recommended me before travelling. We bought two 5 day e-passes and I think we have visited almost every place. We did not manage to see the Princess Island because of the flight issues. The coordination and response of your team to any query was fantastic. I do not have a single reason to give a negative comment. I would definitely recommend whoever visiting Istanbul.

We really enjoyed our experience with Istanbul E-pass. It is a very useful tool to visit as much attractions as possible, especially when you stay few days as in our case. All guides were very friendly, professional and providing a lot of helpful information. We would definitely recommend it.

Comodissima carta per i turisti. Calendario fittisssimo di visite guidate alle attrazioni principali e molte altre walk in. Io ho utilizzato anche alcune attrazioni a prenotazione che si fanno dalla app in maniera molto intuitiva. Ottimo anche il servizio di assistenza su wa che ha sempre risposto in tempo reale ad ogni dubbio o problema. Durante il mio soggiorno é capitata una festività turca e sono arrivati pintuali aggiornamenti sui cambi di orari e sulle chiusure di alcune attrazioni , permettendomi di riorganizzare l'itinerario facilmente. Io ho usato la card 5 giorni e senza fare corse sono riuscita a vedere tutto quello che avevo in mente risparmiando circa 100 euro a persona. Ero scettica ma non posso che consigliarla vivamente.

The epass is intended to save money visiting the main attractions of Istanbul. I purchased the 2 day pass and I could visit Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace, Islamic art museum, Dolmabahçe palace, Basilic cisterna, archeological museum, islamic art museum, dinner cruise, turkish bath, bus from Istanbul airport to Taksim and daily cruise, I saved 47 EUR.
The istructions they give are very clear and all the personell is very helpful.
Anyway, they have a very tricky system for the entrance to the most important attraction. The entrance must be with guide and at established time. We lost a lot of time between one attraction and the other, for example, the entrance to Islamic art museum could be without guide and, as they give just one tour daily, we had to wait more than two hours to get into the museum. It should be better if they give QR code to go into the attraction and, if they want a guide, they wait the established time.
They haven't been very fair by removing some attraction included in the epass after purchasing. Galata Tower and Hagia Sofia were included when I bought the pass and have been removed afterwards. I think they have to answer and allow the visit for the tourists which have already bought the pass.
