Hands on cooking class in Sorrento. 3 dishes included fresh pasta making, main course and dessert or 2 pasta and dessert depends of the chef. The class can be done at 10. 00 am followed by lunch or 3.00 pm followed by dinner. 3 hours hands on experience, be prepared to have fun!

This was honestly the best experience we had in Sorrento. Carmen was so very knowledgeable and really got back to the basics of pasta and gnocchi making in her cooking class. This was all from scratch. It truly was a pleasurable experience for all levels of cooking expertise. Would 100% recommend this to all. Thank you Carmen, family and her team. Also great restaurant located within walking range of the main square if you are just looking for lunch or dinner. DO NOT MISS OUT!

We were a part of a group tour and we decided to stay in Sorrento instead of venturing out on an excursion. We wanted to take a cooking class to bring home the taste of Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Carmen was such a fun, interactive and informative chef who gave us more than we could ask for. And her staff/family was equally as skilled and attentive. It was family based and the epitome of what you desire as a cultural experience. This experience was a must if you are visiting the area and wish to enjoy your time and expand your cultural wishes!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Carmen is so hospitable. She is funny, warm and passionate. She knows Italian food and is relatable.We loved the whole experience from beginning to end.

Intimate. The experience here was like learning from a family. Carmen is passionate about cooking but an exceptional teacher. She taught me so much about cooking the traditional meals and helped me learn the nuances of Italian cooking you’d only learn passed down from your Italian family. I had so much fun! It wasn’t just the technical parts for me, but the stories and history that was shared made this a one of a kind class. I absolutely love Carmen and by far the best cooking class I’ve ever had. She was great, as well as all the other chefs that helped with a big smile! I highly recommend this class!

We had an amazing time cooking with Chef Carmen and all of her amazing staff (Mina, Alex & Fanco were all fantastic!) we made multiple different types of pasta and tiramisu with limoncello and enjoyed some delicious beverages throughout the entire class (our glasses were never empty). It was one of our favorite memories of our trip and can’t recommend it enough!

I can’t imagine a better cooking class experience. It was AMAZING! This class is in the heart of Sorrento and Chef Carmen is incredible. She’s funny, witty (there’s a difference), insane, warm, and she cooks and teaches from the heart. It is obvious that she loves being a chef and teaching others how to create traditional Italian dishes. Our group of 9 were in Sorrento for a friend’s 60th birthday. We had a class booked and paid for over a month. The class canceled less than 24 hours before we were supposed to go, but fortunately I found Carmen. I’m glad the other class canceled because I can’t imagine a more exciting, fun, entertaining, and memorable experience than cooking with Chef Carmen! She should have her own cooking show!!!!! This isn’t a demonstration class….it’s all hands-on and you get to eat what you create!

The best cooking class ever!!! Carmen was so personable and fun to cook with! She gave great instructions while still making it so much fun! In our group we had a person with a dairy allergy and a person with a gluten allergy. She was so accommodating and made the experience fun for everyone! She took the allergies seriously and made sure to at everyone felt safe and had something to eat. They played great music the whole time and the staff was awesome! If you are looking for a cooking class this is the best you will find!!!!
