Here at Ohana Surf Project we believe our clients are like family, and we strive to provide the best service to every person who chooses to join us on the water and we welcome their loved ones who come along to support them as well. We are passionate about surfing and specialize in three ways of teaching you how to glide across the water: surf, stand up paddle and bodyboard. All of our staff members have been in the business for many years and are some of the finest instructors in the industry. We love what we do and we enjoy working together, as a team and as ohana to make our students feel safe, comfortable, and successful.
Our biggest priority is SAFETY! All our coaches and guides are professional, trained in safety (CPR, lifeguard, first aid), and friendly.

Had Kevin take me out for a body boarding lesson. Best experience of my vacation. Once he taught me the basics we pretty much took turns catching waves so he could video me. Can't say enough good things about this instructor, would recommend him to anyone.

We ended up surfing because the conditions were not good for body boarding, it was a great experience!! Recommend the one on 9ne highly.

I ended up switching to regular surfing, due to water conditions. I just knew I was going to bomb, because I have terrible balance. But Chelsea and Kevin gave such incredible coaching that I was actually surfing waves by the end of the lesson. Such a fun experience!!

We had planned to do body boarding and it was suggested given the wave conditions we might enjoy surfing. We had not considered it at ages 60 and 70.. but with Kevin's patience and instruction, we did learn to surf and got up on the board. Very rewarding and a youth-defining experience!! We loved it.
Everyone was warm and professional - thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience.

I had a blast with Matt. He was a great coach and waterman. We were close to the group which felt safe and comforting. I loved the Drone flying over us as a eye in the sky for great videos after the day was done. I will be back every time I go to Waikiki. Totally enjoyed my day. Can you tell ?
