Excellent experience. My 23 year old son and myself took the class and it was wonderful. The food was amazing and Chef was great. Definitely an expensive experience but a great memory to have with my son.

I have attended several cooking courses (tapas, molecular, rice, bread). They have all been exceptional. It is a charming place. The organization works like a 10. And the teaching staff is highly qualified. Each chef is an expert in the type of cuisine they teach. Without a doubt, I will continue to attend there. They are great.

The instructor was nice and approachable, food was pretty good, but it didn’t come with any wine pairings, just a small glass or two of sangria.

The class took under 3 hrs and participants worked together to put up 10 easy tapas, which doubled as dinner.
Homero, our instructor, was positive and emphasized the important points to make each a success and answered questions regarding variations to the recipes that would work well.
