Mt.Fuji and Hakone Tour

I have had tour guides lead me places but our guide Ryu, from Outech is a great sample of a pro. Not only did he get us there but he also accompanied us and explained things in a way that was not overbearing. He is very knowledgeable and able to answer questions easily. Having a conversation is not hard and made the trip informational and more interesting. I love that he brought us to a restaurant that served noodles made out of pumpkin well ahead of a huge lunch crowd. . That was a nice experience! Say something

Our driver guide Gen Ko is friendly and trustworthy, he has taken good care of us throughout our 2 days tour - Mt Fuji/Hakone Tour and Nikko tour. Though we did not manage to see the Sakura Blossom but still have a memorable trip.

We will definitely engage Outech service and recommend Gen Ko to be our driver guide if we make another trip to Japan again!

I would love to thank Ms Fujiwara for absolutely amazing trip!! Her professionalism and knowledge made our trip to Mt Fuji unforgettable!! She was very polite, accommodating and very safe driver!! We had to experience Ms Fujiwara service on the few occasions and always has been not 5 but 7 stars service!!!!! Her English were perfect!!I would highly recommend her for any trips!!! Thank you so much Ms Fujiwara!!!

Our tour guide, Angie, was so funny and informative with great stories, too. The day was jam-packed with lots of fantastic activities and opportunities to see Mt.Fuji from different vantage points. The quaint village we stopped at before our lunch was so neat! The bullet train back to Tokyo was also a highlight! I highly recommend doing this day trip while visiting Tokyo!!

Our tour guide, Riley aka Ryoko, gave us a fantastic tour of Mt. Fuji! She is extremely knowledgeable, fun and engaging! The car was the most luxurious we had on any tour, and even had its own WiFi. Could not have been happier with the tour and Riley. Highly recommended!

Outech did an outstanding job for our whole family during our vacation in Tokyo. The trips to Mt Fuji, Hakone and Nikko were all great and our guides, Moe and Tomoya, were awesome. Would highly recommend Outech for any needs while on vacation in Japan!

Tomoya was a great guide. He is a little soft-spoken, but speaks English very well. We were able to go to many of the places we had planned, but missed out on station 5.5 and even seeing Fuji because of the weather (but we were not surprised by this). We would highly recommend the tour overall. The vehicle was impeccably clean and comfortable for 9 people. Great experience.

We really enjoyed our tour with Riley. Despite the rain, she was able to provide us with alternative sights to see around Mt. Fuji and Hakone. Some notable ones include Oshino Hakkai and the Sekisho Karakuri Museum. We also appreciated her personal anecdotes about the area (and about Japan in general).

On a side note, thank you to Riley for the umbrellas! We were able to get a glimpse of Owaku-dani Valley amidst the fog!
