Going on a half-day boat trip is the perfect way to discover the beauties of the Amalfi Coast.
The tour will start at the Positano pier, you will sail with a small group of a maximum of 12 people, towards Praiano where you will meet the Gavitella Bay and Marina di Praia, a picturesque fishing village.
Next, you’ll sail to the famous Fiordo di Furore, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The journey will continue passing through Conca dei Marini with its natural arch, and then towards Amalfi and Atrani.
During the excursion, you will have the opportunity to make a regenerating stop to swim and snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of the coast by yourself.

Our skipper, Gennaro, was a fantastic guide. He pointed out some great points of interest. The views of the coast are spectacular! And of course the water is absolutely pristine. Well worth the trip.

We had the most lovely morning boat tour of the Amalfi Coast with Positano Tours. Only 8 people (two couples and a family) on the boat, everyone friendly and chill. Gennaro was our captain - professional, funny, and informative. The adults had a glass of prosecco with a splash of limoncello mid-tour. Definitely NOT a booze cruise. It was a chill tour with amazing views and plenty of time to float about in the water and explore hidden beaches. An amazing experience that will never be forgotten!

I’d like to first acknowledge our captain who was very professional as we had rough conditions on our trip. We weren’t necessarily expecting a booze cruise, though. Yes, the description includes water, prosecco, and snacks, but there were probably two or three bottles of champagne opened AND limoncello shots offered. At 9 in the morning..

Our captain was excellent. An expert at navigating the boat and a great host. He showed us all of the neighboring towns and stopped to let us swim/ drink Prosecco

We were so happy with our 4-hour snorkeling excursion with Positano Boats. Not only did we have a chance to snorkel in some of the beautiful local grottos, but it was also a great way to see the Amalfi Coast by water from Positano to Amalfi. Breathtaking!
As a side note, my husband accidentally left his treasured All Blacks rugby hat on board and Positano Boats went out of their way to contact us and make arrangements to ship it to us in the U.S.
This is a great half-day excursion with a professional organization. I highly recommend the Positano Boats Team!

We wanted to see the Amalfi coast from the sea, and this cruise was perfect. The two stops for swimming and snorkling were an added plus. We were offered fresh fruit, prosecco, and limoncello. Snorkling gear and towels were also provided. The water around Amalfi is crystal clear so the snorkling was great. Gennaro, our boat captain was great. We sailed from Positano to Atrani. Great views. Book this tour, you wont regret it!

Awesome experience with Gennaro! We didn’t visit the emerald grotto but we got to see Fiordo di Furore and swim at a sea cave. They had towels, snorkeling equipment, plenty of drinks! We thought the four hours was perfect.

Overall excellent trip! The advertisement says you will have the “possibility” to disembark at the Emerald Grotto is misleading. There is no stop as there isn’t enough time, the Captain just says “not possible” due to long wait at the grotto. All said and done it was well worth the value and an excellent tour with beautiful sights of the Amalfi coast and 2 swimming opportunities. Snorkeling is pretty barren, but the swim up Africana Grotto(?) was the trip’s best feature

We had a great time on the boat and swimming. We made 3 stops to swim, there wasn’t much to see besides some small fish but it was still beautiful and refreshing. Highly recommend!
