Awesome excursion! Mattia, being from Cammarata and being so knowledgeable and articulate, was a great guide, answering all our questions. The visit at the farm was memorable! The owner took the time to demo the cheese making process and gave us a tour of the facility. He also joined us for lunch, that was really great!
