When checking with your agents on the sidewalk to initiate my trip, I had great difficulty finding my electronic receipt for the purchase of my ticket. The woman was incredibly patient with me and very positive. It was much appreciated.

After a great day across and around the city, my pregnant wife and dog had the great pleasure of riding with Jim on Saturday evening of May 25th as he was the most delightful and hospitable host we could have had. From not only taking the time to engage with a curious young boy on the route, but he also made sure my 8-month pregnant wife had the safest and easiest ride. Thank you, Jim, as that was only day one of our two-day pass. We hope to see you again tomorrow!

Our ticket was for two separate tours - one of which went to the Britannia at Leith. We had a good time but some of the headphone sockets were broken so we had to change seats.

The tour was good but getting to the start point and understanding how to get on and off was unclear. A map was provided but the stops were not clearly marked.

We did the city and Brittania tours over two days. This was a good way to get an overview of the city with earphones for the informative narration, and get off/on places you want to visit. The Brittania tour is only once an hour so timing matters. There’s very irritating music playing whenever the narration stops. They should either have silence or consider changing it to classical music.

Great tour, good value for money. Enjoyed the experience and staff were polite and welcoming. We accidentally left something on the bus and phoned head office and went to collect later. So great customer service thank you
