Marc was very kind and accommodating. He spent a lot of time going through the Voortrekker monument and explaining what we were seeing. It was beautiful and the views were great. He also safely negotiated traffic and we enjoyed our visit to Kruger house and presidents house, he was very enthusiastic and answered any questions while providing insight into history and current events as well.

Rich history experience, it made me kniw that the southafrican story isnt all about Nelson Mandela, there is also the kruger part of it

When travelling I like to get an overview of a city and the area I am visiting.
This tour did this but was enhanced by the tour guide Mark who was knowledgeable, honest and shared an optimistic view for the future of a country he clearly loves passionately, worts and all.
As I was the only guest, I had the privilege of feeling like I was a visiting friend being shown by a good friend his home town.
Highly recommend and thank you Mark.

Great way to get a quick overview of history and get the sense of continual challenges the country has.
Kids managed it and had fun on parts that were outside (vortrekker monument and union). Really liked seeing Mandela's monument.

Cphu was an excellent companion and guide. Visiting Pretoria gives an insight into the history of white South Africa, however found it surprising for a national capital for the historical monuments to have little mention of the original inhabitants who were displaced often by force by the settlers. Interesting juxtaposition to visiting apartheid museum and Soweto
