Let yourself be transported across the lagoon and discover the most famous monuments of Venice aboard a panoramic eco boat. Starting from Venice S. Lucia Station (or from Tronchetto) enjoy the beauty of the Giudecca Canal and its palaces and churches: the Molino Stucky, the Church of the Gesuati, the Church of the Redentore and Punta della Dogana. Get off at Piazza S. Marco and let yourself be guided by the audio guides included in the ticket to discover the monuments, history and legends of the "Serenissima". Depart from San Marco and reach the island of Murano where you will have the opportunity (included in the ticket price) to watch a master glassmaker demonstrate inside a real furnace.
For the entire duration of the boat journey you will always be accompanied by audio guides created by the Cooperativa Guide Turistici Authorized of Venice and by the famous Venetian storyteller Alberto Toso Fei.
Among the images you will find all the timetables.

This is a convenient way to see the islands of Venice. The glassblowing demonstration in Murano was fascinating.

Nice boat ride, but theres no commentary from a guide, just an app that you can download. Start the tour early in the morning or you won’t be able to see much.

This was a way to get around and explore. Timings of the boats were a little off. You either had too little time or way too much time and ended up waiting quite a while for the next boat. The audio guide is downloaded from App Store. You have to click on every point individually and you also need your phone for photos. We gave up as we were missing so many points and needed an auxiliary battery to get through the whole day

Always rated Tripadvisor trips as excellent so felt let down on this particular selection. Paid up front but didn’t use service. Poor instructions on how to get to the stops. Even asked the concierge in hotel who could not offer any help after reading the joining instructions. Gave up after an hour and a half, due to heat. Never saw a boat whilst we were in the grand canal. Visited Murano by private water taxi.

Not as easy to find at first but overall enjoyed the experience.
Would say you need a full day to get full value for the ticket, if you’re not staying near by.

we arrived very early. There were no directions to the meeting point. we spent over an hour trying to find where to board. asking workers and tourist info. we missed our boat and had to wait another hour. Then we missed our tour and only had times for tours in san marco square. Totally disappointed not to see the other stops. For anyone reading this. The boat is located behind the KFC. (Very Important Imforamtion-should be communicated).

Signed up for the Venice Hop On Hop Off. You do not have the correct pick up stops. The San Marco stop was way off! It was so frustrating going to the wrong location and it took a half hour or so speaking to Viator to finally get the right location. Shame on Viator!

We very much enjoyed the glassblowing at Murano. The town of Burano was lovely as well. We most enjoyed San Marcos and all of the twisting alleys and canals. Unlike other hop-on/off busses everywhere else, you are not provided with a head set for commentary. You need to bring your own and download the tour on your phone. Also, be aware of which boat you are getting on at Murano. We wanted to go back to San Marcos but got on the wrong boat which took us on an additional two hour ride.
