This is a SCAM. Tickets are supposed to be free but we were willing to pay for them if we could actually get them. There is no live person to answer questions or help to get you started. The notes show to go to a "meeting point" which we couldn't find. When calling the number, the message is that they are CLOSED!!! We asked for a refund (as we couldn't even start the tour) but was only given $9 per person out of the $21 we paid. What a rip off! The directions should be clearer what to do to start the tour and how to get the entry tickets.
