Extraordinary 5-star experience from the moment we onboard to the end of the cruise. The crew was very meticulous in their service and the food variety and quality was impressive.
Rooms were also clean and facilities were in tip top condition.
The international team of crew was very friendly and helpful, particularly Luu, Quynh Anh and Hung who always greeted us with smiles and helped us throughout the tour.
The cruise manger was also outstanding in making the experience enjoyable for all guests.
Highly recommended experience for couples and families alike!

We did an overnight cruise to Halong Bay on the Ambassador. We truly appreciated the service, especially from Camille and the other waitstaff in the dining area. They were so warm and friendly. My children really liked Camille she is so gentle and kind with kids. We enjoyed our meals with a beautiful view and many food options. The rooms were excellent with great views and seating area on private balcony. The bathroom was excellent for a cruise with high water pressure. We even indulged in deep tissue massages. The staff had refreshments upon arrival and after excursions. Truly a great family memory for us.

Caos, caos, caos, very noisy, many kids running around out of control, not relaxing, please avoid this cruise by all cost. Halon bay in general is a very chaotic and a tourist trap.

The cruise is very well organized with many excursions even on a 2 day trip. The excursions are quite crowded though as there are many other tours doing the same trip simultaneously, but that’s not the cruise’s fault. We found the staff to be very helpful and kind, especially Jason who helped us with our dietary restrictions. The food is delicious as well. Overall we would highly recommend this cruise, though if you have time a 4-5 day trip would probably be ideal!

Our stay at the Ambassador Cruise has been the highlight of our 10 day trip to Vietnam. We first arrive with an Introduction to our staff crew. Daniel and Will had been the greatest host onboard. They are very knowledgeable on the history of the area and even after they are off the clock they come out on deck and continue to host their guests. Will even taught me how to catch a squid. I must say the next time I return will be for the 3 day cruise and will for sure be on the Ambassador cruise!

I have wanted to travel to Vietnam for a long time and this was my first time in Vietnam. Beautiful and airy yacht. Attentive staff, delicious food, and beautiful scenery make spending a night here with the family a pleasure. The reception staff and restaurant staff were very helpful. (Cara; Betty)
