Irene was amazing and the perfect guide. She was so knowledgable about the Vatican and shared so much information with us. She also navigated the crowds perfectly. She was a pleasure to have as our guide. My family couldn’t say enough good things about her. Thank you!

The treasures of the Vatican are amazing and the Sistine Chapel is unbelievably beautiful. It would have been nicer if the tour guide hadn't just left us at the Sistine Chapel after saying we couldn't go to St Peter's because of the audience. It would have been nice for the guide to see us out and explain our location in relation to the front of St Peter's as on other days that's where we would have ended the tour and where we were to meet other family not on the tour.

Incredible experience made by our guide Nunzia….she was passionate, knowledgeable, friendly & fun. Nunzia was clear in her communication as there are many things you need to be aware of & observe…she always made sure the group was together. Her explanation of everything we’d see in the Sistine chapel was so helpful once inside gazing at the masterpiece. When our tour concluded we tipped Nunzia as she rightfully deserved, but I was disappointed that no one else did. Highly recommend this tour - none of it would make sense without the in-depth information we received.

The tour was with "Tour about" compony. I booked 7-8 tours in Italy (Florence, Rome and Venice) and they all got five stars in my reviews except this one. Vatican was the worst tour. Don't get me wrong, Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica are amazing and must see but the tour and the tour guide were not good. They messaged me the day before the tour that they have to change the my tour from 11:45 to 2:15 because the tour guide called in sick. I believe them and said no problem but later I heard they did exactly the same thing with my nephews who took the same tour only few days before me. Now it is hard to believe. My nephew said they paid for the St Perer's Basilica but it was too late at the end of the tour so they did not even see it. For me the tour guide was so bad that I don't even know what I saw. I recommend to get "no line tour" which is cheaper for this tour and see Vatican without a tour guide or probably with another compony.

Rosella (not sure of spelling) was a great guide. The Vatican is an overwhelming place and she managed to get us through it smoothly and made it clear where it was ok to take pictures, and where to stay quiet. She was very knowledgeable and funny. It is a hard job and she made it look easy in high heels and with a smile! I would recommend her highly.

Check in was a bit off. Asking you to arrive to check in 45 min early to then only make you wait until 15 min before departure to check in agin was a bit frustrating. Once that was done the rest of the day’s tour was fantastic! . Lucy our tour guide was informative, patient and kind. So worth the tour to avoid the long lines to enter the Vatican. And learn so many tidbits of information that you could not learn if doing on your own. Individual earpieces really helped to hear Lucy. These were priceless. So many breathtaking areas were seen and too many to list!

We very disappointed with this tour. The guide was terrible she was just concerned with finishing the tour and moving on. The headsets we received were on ear and they wouldn’t stay on the ear so we had to hold them close to our ears the whole tour The guide spoke very rapidly with poor explanation - we didn’t get to go to St.Peters basilica. Very very poor.
