At first, I tried their "Classic Taipei Landmarks Day Tour". It was a blast. Christina arrived on time to pick some of us up from the Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station (Exit 2). The locations changed a little from the plan but we eventually covered all the locations listed e.g., the Grand Hotel Taipei, National Palace Museum, Dadaocheng, Dihua street, Cheng-en Gate, Lungshan temple, Taipei 101, Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial, and Raohe night market. The tour of the National Palace Museum felt a little rushed because we had to cover so many locations. So, if you'd like to slowly browse through, it's worth it to visit on your own time. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience that I booked another tour called "Yehliu, Jiufen, and Pingxi Tour" to visit the Yehliu Geopark, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Waterfall. This time Chiara was our guide. Both guides were outstanding, kept us informed about each location, answered our questions, and made sure we had an unforgettable experience. I'd definitely recommend Edison Tours for any visitor visiting Taiwan.

Our tour guide David was amazing. He had lots of information at each stop and offered terrific recommendations for food at our lunch spot. This was a full day but the pacing was perfect. If you want to see the highlights of Taipei, this is the tour for you.

I had an amazing time on this tour. The tour guide Sharon was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She made taiwan feel like a second Home. I can't wait to return to taipei. PS Sharon is amazing at taking pictures. I've never been good at it but she's like a professional. I received the best vacation photos ever 😁

Visiting the Grand Hotel, the Temple and the Monument and surrounding area around it.
The guide, Tony, provided context and history about the sites we visited. He was good. The driver drove very safely.

I had such an amazing time with Sharon! The other group members ended up no-show so I got an impromptu private tour😁 Sharon is highly knowledgeable and being someone who is very curious and passionate about history and culture, she was able to answer all of my questions in depth.
Added bonus, Sharon is a great photographer OMG!! I got some of the best vacation pictures I’ve ever taken in my travel experience. This is one for the books!

Sharon was an unbelievable guide. She spoke perfect English, her knowledge base was incredible and she was excellent with timings, making sure we saw everything and more that we were supposed to.

I first communicated with Edison Tour agency to arrange for my trip in Taiwan. I’m a frequent traveler, and usually i do heavy due diligence for any tour agency with all reviews.
My first impression when arrived in Taiwan and was hosted by their driver, this tour agency representative of Friendly, good, best tourism agency. I was welcomed by a phone call then the driver explained few things about Taiwan while in the way to my hotel.
Personally, it was impressive, excellence, and amazing service and first impression. I booked their classic Taipei tour. And it was well organized, managed, and the myself and the people with me have enjoyed every moment of it and actually bonded very well.
My only regret, that i should have stayed more to enjoy their tour.
Overall, Edison company is very impressive wither to communicate on WhatsApp, email, or phone call. Highly recommended and definitely coming back again to Taiwan and arranging with them for the whole trip.
