Ich war zunächst skeptisch die Reise nur über ein paar WhatsApp's zu buchen.
Ich bekam die Tikets per Foto und alle meine Fragen wurden sehr schnell und professionell beantwortet.
Der Ausflug ansich hat uns überzeugt und ich würde jeder Zeit wieder über Sun&Fun buchen.
Wir wurden pünktlich an unserem Hotel in Makadibay abgeholt und zum Flughafen nach Hurgada gefahren. Dort klappte es mit dem Inlandandsflug perfekt. In Kairo erwartete uns unser Guide Hr. Magdi und unser Fahrer Achmed Fuad.
Hr. Magdi ist ein wandelndes Lexikon und wußte einfach alles. Bei den Pyramiden hatten wir einen perfekten Tag erwischt und es gab kaum Touristen. Das Mittagessen war ebenfalls hervorragend.
Der Besuch im Ägyptischen Museeum war sehr interessant, der Bummel über den Basar war der perfekte Abschluss für diesen Tag.
Wir haben das Privileg dieser privaten Atmosphäre mit nur dem Guide, dem Fahrer und uns beiden sehr genossen.
Der Trip wird uns immer positiv in Erinnerung bleiben und war jeden Cent wert.
Ich muss gestehen, das das meine erste Bewertung ist die je geschrieben habe. Durch eben solch eine Bewertung habe ich mich zu der Buchung hinreißen lassen und es nicht bereut.

We booked our trip at short notice as an individual flight with a private guide. On the one hand, to avoid the long bus ride and to get a tour with information that was just right for us. We decided on this trip with Sun and Fun Reisen because of the many positive reviews. Our trip was perfect in every respect and exceeded our expectations.
The short-term booking and initial contact was great because it was easy and uncomplicated. We were picked up at the hotel on time at 4:45 a.m. by a very nice driver. A photo of us was taken and sent to the guide in Cairo and an envelope with travel documents was given. The money was given to the driver in cash, which we already know from other trips in Egypt.
The flight from Hurghada to Cairo was quick and very relaxed, as we had hoped. In Cairo, our private guide Markus met us with perfect German and discussed the individual itinerary with us. Here we trusted in the experience of our guide Markus and first visited the old Egyptian museum, then the pyramids for lunch. This order was perfect because we were able to take great photos of the pyramids and Markus was able to show us and explain the highlights in the museum. Markus guided us around so skillfully that we were often able to avoid the many groups of visitors.
After the museum visit, we spontaneously took a short boat trip on the Nile and were given a "city tour" with information and stories along the way. At this point, a huge compliment to the driver Midu, who drove us calmly and relaxed through the traffic in Cairo in a private, air-conditioned car and formed a superbly coordinated team with Markus.
Our stop for lunch was a place that was created specifically for tourists. The buffet and small grill at the table was very tasty and we were served very friendly.
The subsequent visit to the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx was great and very impressive. Lots of information and an individual tour of the site, where the driver Midu was also available to drive us for longer distances. A welcome break to catch our breath in the air-conditioned car.
The subsequent visit to the bazaar and tour of the historic old town rounded off our trip. On the way to the airport we stopped briefly at viewpoints. At the airport Markus said a warm goodbye.
Our conclusion: This trip couldn't have been better organized. With Markus we could have changed the program at short notice at any time and, for example, skipped the bazaar visit and stayed longer in the museum. The program was pretty ambitious and the museum alone would have taken a day to see everything in detail. Our wish was to see and visit everything in one day.
A great guide, super organized... We will definitely repeat this tour when the new Egyptian museum opens. We would do it again any time with guide Markus and driver Midu.

I wanted to take the time to thank you for the fantastic trip from Hurghada to Cairo. The organization was first class and far exceeded our expectations.
From the very beginning we felt in good hands. The flight was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Our guide was outstanding; with his in-depth knowledge and passion for the history of Egypt, he made the tour an educational and entertaining experience at the same time.
Visiting the pyramids was breathtaking - a real highlight that we will never forget. The Egyptian Museum was equally impressive, with its countless treasures and artifacts that brought us closer to the rich culture of the country.
The Nile cruise gave us a wonderful break and the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Nile. Lunch was delicious and gave us an insight into the local cuisine. Finishing at the bazaar was the perfect end to a perfect day, full of colors, scents and the lively atmosphere of Cairo.
We are very grateful to you for this unforgettable experience and will definitely recommend Sun&Fun.

We booked our 2-day trip from Hurghada to Cairo from home and were already impressed by how quickly and smoothly the planning went. The team from Sun & Fun Reisen was always available and responded promptly to inquiries. And that's how the trip to Cairo on March 24th, 2024 went: punctual pick-up, top organization and both our driver and the tour guide Magdi were attentive, helpful and absolutely competent. Magdi responded to our wishes and expanded our knowledge of Egypt enormously! So we had 2 interesting, wonderful days - many thanks to everyone involved!!!

We booked spontaneously on Saturday and still had the opportunity to fly to Cairo on Sunday. We were well informed and it was super organized until the end.
We had a private tour [3 people] by plane to Cairo. Our tour guide picked us up from the airport and listened to our individual wishes throughout the day.
We saw a lot and every question was answered and a lot of information was given to us.
Our tour guide was great and that's why we would like to mention him by name: Jakob Thank you 🙃
I can definitely recommend the trip - something for everyone who doesn't want to sit in a big bus with 30/40 tourists 👍🏼🙃

We had a fantastic day trip to Cairo and the pyramids in Giza. It was a great experience all around: from booking, to travel information, tickets, hotel pickup, etc.
Our perfect German-speaking guide Jakob made the day very special for us. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, he and our driver were always concerned about our well-being, were happy to accommodate our wishes and Jakob had an incredible knowledge of Egyptian history. He showed us the greatest places and always had ideas on how we could best spend the day without having to wait long. So, after consultation with us, a boat tour under sail or a camel ride at the pyramids were included in the program.
The additionally booked dinner on board a ship on the Nile was also unique.
An unforgettable experience for us and recommended without reservation. Many thanks to Jakob and Achmed.

We found Sun & Fun via the Internet.
Easy online booking. Tickets for the flight received in advance.
Picked up on time at the hotel. Nice German-speaking driver to Hurghada airport. Flight to Cairo. Car with German-speaking guide and separate driver was already waiting. The driver Ahmed got us perfectly through the chaotic traffic in Cairo. Our tour guide, Markus, a German studies graduate, spoke perfect German. It couldn't have been better. We discussed the schedule of the tours beforehand and relied on his recommendation. That turned out to be exactly right afterwards, it was a perfect day.
On the way to lunch we booked a little boat trip on the Nile. Summary of the trip. Markus the tour guide was perfectly versed in Egyptian history. He explained everything to us patiently and kept asking if we had any questions. Perfect pampering program with cultural experiences.

This trip was one of the best I've ever done!
The organization was excellent. I was met directly at the airport in Cairo by Adel, the tour guide. We discussed the schedule and then we set off. Ahmed, the driver, took us safely through Cairo with his friendly manner.
Adel took me to the museum to learn about the history of ancient Egypt and patiently answered all my questions.
The lunch in a nice location was plentiful and delicious.
The sight of the pyramids overwhelmed me!
Adel speaks German very well, so communicating with him was a pleasure.
I was able to experience Cairo in all its facets... For that, many thanks again to Ahmed and Adel... and praise to sun & fun for this great organization!

We had booked the trip to Cairo from Hurghada by plane with sun&funreisen, as a flight to Cairo was possible in the morning. Starting with the pick-up by car (without other people) at 6:15 a.m. at the hotel, through to the flight, everything went well. We were picked up on time from the airport by a very nice driver and an equally super friendly tour guide. The Cairo adventure began. First we visited the pyramids, then we went to a delicious restaurant for lunch. Afterwards we visited 2 old mosques. We decided against the Egyptian museum and instead went on a trip on the Nile with our guide. We had a private tour without other guests on the boat. Then we went through the bazaar and the shopping street before returning to the airport on time. Our return flight to Hurghada took off at 7:45 p.m. It was a unique experience to get to know this huge city, we learned a lot about history and politics. Thank you very much for this great experience, we always felt at home with our guide and driver.
